Gut zu wissen

Hi! Room in a 3-er WG available on March 16. It costs €570 warm. A deposit of 1710€ should be deposited directly to me when I hand over the keys. 80€ of additional costs such as radio tax & washing maschine should also be covered :) Total deposit + 15 days of rent + additional costs: 2075€ in March. The area is very well connected by bus—there are two bus lines (220 and 139). The 220 drops you off at St. Quirin Platz in 5 minutes, or you can just walk to Mangfallplatz (U1) for 10 minutes. To apply, I just need to know your monthly net income and what you do for work 🌸
