Hi liebe Menschen ! Daniel (27, German-french) and Clément (25, french) are looking for a third person to start a WG in the Falckensteinstraße, right in the heart of Kreuzkölln, starting in september ! We're looking for someone to apply with us - we have to replace last minute our third flatmate, who unfortunately had to drop out. we already had the visit last week, but we can send you a detailed video of the apartment. You can also still find details of the apartment right here : https://www.wg-gesucht.de/wohnungen-in-Berlin-Kreuzberg.13789846.html the available would be one of the two big ones (20m²), unfurnished. it comes a bit more expensive than indicated on WG gesucht since one of the room is significantly smaller. 900 euros + 40-50 euros of wifi and electricity together. A few words about us : We've been living together in Berlin for the past two years (in far far away and quiet Friedenau) and are excited to start this new chapter in this neighborhood. Clément is a journalist and Daniel works in renewable energy. We're looking for someone who enjoys a friendly and social flatshare. We like cooking together, playing board games, watching films, having a drink ... but we also value personal space and everyone's independence ! If this sounds like a good fit, send us a message and tell us a bit about yourself, we'd be happy to meet either in person or over a video call. Looking forward to hearing from you 😊
