Hi everyone 🤍 I’m subletting my room for a month. The other two flatmates are two easy going girls, excited to welcome someone new for this time. The room has a queen sized bed, a standing desk and good work setup with a screen, and plenty of room for home workouts. The blinds shut for full darkness and I’ll leave my Philips my air cleaner with you. The flat has a dishwasher and washing machine, airfryer, doorbell with screen so you can see who’s in front of the door and lots of other convenient bits - including an integrated radio in the bathroom. The location is very close to the main train station and big corporates such as KPMG, Total, and a few banks. We have a market place with plenty of restaurants around the corner, the famous Oggis Kebab next street and a grocer store not even 3 min walk from here. The area is quiet (mostly families and young couples) and well connected. You can have friends over; the neighbors never complain about late night noise - just feel at home. We have a playground and bike parking spots at the inside of the house. You can see the canal from the room window and it’s a nice walk or run along the canal up to the Rehberge park with an open air cinema and the Plötzenberger see. Main sights such as the Bundestag and Brandenburger Tor can be easily reached by foot as well. Nice area for a short stay 🤍
