🏠 Room in a Centrally Located WG – Hermannstraße / Neukölln I have to move out due to work, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room in our 3-person WG (2 women, 1 man). 📍 The apartment is located on Hermannstraße, right next to Boddinstraße U-Bahn station. 🛏️ The room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and desk chair. 🛋️ The apartment is spacious, bright, and comfortable, with a large balcony and a projector in the living room for movie nights. 💻 My flatmates are generally quiet, tidy, and easy-going. They’re usually at work during the day, so the apartment stays pretty quiet and is also great for working from home. 🚲 There’s also space to park a bike in the courtyard. ✨ We’re looking for someone who is clean and respectful of the shared spaces. 📩 If you’re interested and want to see more of our flat with videos feel free to send me a private message!
