Wohnung in München, Obergiesing-Fasangarten

–– EN I am renting out my bright and well-designed one-bedroom apartment. In addition to the hallway with wardrobe and bathroom with daylight window and bathtub, the kitchen in the large room is slightly separated in an alcove. The room (25m*2) leads to the leafy balcony with a view of the inner courtyard. The apartment is fully furnished. Bed, armchair, sofa, table, closet and kitchen utensils with oven are provided. There is also plenty of space for your personal belongings. Careful handling of the furnishings is important to me. Let's discuss what you need and how your stay can be made pleasant. In addition, the neighborhood is very nice and it is very quiet in the evening despite the fact that the apartment is very centrally located. W-LAN, electricity, water and other additional costs are included in the rental price.
