WG-Zimmer in München, Untergiesing-Harlaching

Hey I am Ryan, I am LMU Master student and currently living with my flatmate in this apartment in Untergiesing-Harlaching. Since my flatmate is moving away in December, so I am looking for a reliable flatmate. The WG is suitable for people who appreciate privacy and a relaxed living environment. Everyone has their own everyday life, so that there is enough space for study, work and leisure. Particularly important to me are mutual respect, reliability and a proper and clean handling of the shared spaces. Location: The flat is at on the 4th floor (no elevator); about an 8-minute walk to the Kolumbusplatz (U1/U2). Aldi and dm is 5-minutes walk from the apartment, so it’s quite convenient. For the shared area: We have a fully functional kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, air fryer, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee machine), washing machine and a drying rack. For the room: (NOTE: The room does not currently come with a bed, but you can purchase the existing one from my flatmate for €70.) The size of the room is roughly 18 m2 and it comes with desk, wardrobe and etc. There is a large window next to the desk, so the lighting should be great. For the rent: The rent is €976/month (warmmiete), including the heating, electricity, hot water and internet, with €1800 for deposit, and it’s available from 01.12.2026 for long term renting. The apartment is suitable for someone looking for quiet, well-kept, and uncomplicated living situation in the best location and attach importance to privacy. Students and internationals are welcome :)
