Hey everyone! A room is opening up in our small shared flat, and we’re looking for a great new person to join the home! Your Space: A bright, cozy room with plenty of natural light and with a window facing the garden. It comes furnished with a desk, chair, wardrobe, bed, bedside table, rug, floor lamp, desk lamp, shoe rack… The Flat: A fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable shared living space, and a spacious and clean bathroom. Location: We’re located in a great residential neighborhood with easy access to public transport (1 tram station or 8 min walking distance from U5 Westendstr. station). Lidl, DM, Penny, Rewe, Pharmacies all within a 10 min walk radius, and only a 5 min bike ride away from Westpark for a breath of fresh air. We’re all pretty busy with our own routines, but we always enjoy catching up over a casual chat at the end of the day. It’s very important to us to keep the common areas tidy and love keeping the vibe relaxed, respectful, and welcoming. We’re looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and open-minded. Whether you’re a student or working, what matters most to us is that you’re down-to-earth, communicative, and excited to contribute to a warm, positive household dynamic. Please only reply to this ad if you meet the criteria stated (age, gender…) and if you’ve read this far start your message with a flower emoji :)
