This beautiful room is a part of 2 people WG in a quiet location. The house comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area, balcony and a guest bathroom. The washing machine can be used free of cost. The room will be semi furnished with a bed, wardrobe, couch, couch table, bookshelf and the furniture must be bought for a price. This is non-negotiable. The apartment is located in a great area with a bus stop just 1 minute away. The location is great for hiking, running and walking as it's close to Europakanal and the forest. Supermarkets like REWE, Lidl, Rossmann Edeka are reachable by 10 min walk or 4-5 min by bus. There's also a Diska close by.
