🏡 Hi everyone, I'm looking for a flatmate to share my apartment in Wilmersdorf, close to Bayerischer Platz and Berliner Straße. Available from 19 October 2026 until 1 September 2027, ideally for six months or longer. Anmeldung is no problem. 🛏️ The room is around 12 m², with high ceilings and a view onto a little garden area with trees behind the building. It comes with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, clothing rack and bedside table, with room to bring your own things. I'm also open to buying a small desk before you move in. The desk in the mockup is just an idea for now. 🌿 It's a really quiet spot, with lovely neighbours. I don't hear traffic or sirens at night, which is pretty special for Berlin. It's still well connected, around five minutes' walk to the U4, U7 and U9 at Bayerischer Platz and Berliner Straße, and ten minutes to the Ringbahn. 👋 I'm 34, originally from New Zealand, and have been living in Berlin for the past year or so. I work full time, am a photographer and enjoy getting out into Berlin's arts and creative scene. My partner recently moved to Copenhagen, so I'm looking for someone to share the place with. 🍳 I enjoy cooking and sharing a meal from time to time, but I'm also fairly independent and appreciate having my own space. It would be nice for the place to feel like a home shared between mates. I'm queer and tend to lean left, so I'd feel most at home with someone open-minded and on a similar wavelength. Ideally someone who's also working. 🎬 There's a well-equipped kitchen and a shared bathroom, with balcony access from both the kitchen and lounge. The lounge is also my bedroom, but I'm happy to share it as a social space when it works for both of us. There's a projector in there too, so the occasional movie night would be lovely. 💶 Rent is €650 warm, including electricity, plus €27.50 for internet and €9.18 for the broadcasting contribution.
