2 Months Sublet – Berlin Ku’damm / Halensee – 4 Room Apartment I’m subletting my 140m² apartment in Wilmersdorf — at the end of Ku’damm, right by Halensee — for September and October. About the apartment:
4 rooms, a large kitchen, and a balcony. Sleeping arrangements are in two rooms: one bedroom with a 180x200cm bed and another room with a pull out couch (140x200cm). There’s also an office room and lots of plants 🌿 Amenities:
– Fully furnished
– Large kitchen
– Balcony
– WiFi
– Dryer Location:
Both Charlottenburg and Halensee S Bahn stations are within walking distance. Rossmann, Lidl, Netto, Bio Company, Rewe and more are only 2–4 minutes away by foot. Lietzensee is just around the corner Period:
September & October 2026 I’m handing over my apartment with a lot of love and would love someone who treats it the same way tidy, respectful, and no wild party nights please 😄 If you’re interested, feel free to send me a short message. We can arrange a phone call and you can also view the apartment online.
