Gut zu wissen

For 5 weeks, enjoy a studio bedroom with a large attached bathroom in a brand new private student dormitory building. Room comes fully furnished, and you are welcome to use any kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom supplies as long as you take care of the space. Washer/dryers available in the basement, and there is some common space you are welcome to use. 750€ all inclusive (warm) rent + 450€ deposit. I pay 900€ monthly, so I think this is a very competitive price ;) but this is negotiable. Very close to Venloer Str U-bahn station and Ehrenfeld Bahnhof. My German is not so good, so I would prefer someone who can speak English, but not required. Video chat requested for security reasons!
