We are subletting our bright and fully furnished apartment for approximately two months between August 22 and October 8 (exact move-in and move-out dates can be arranged individually). The apartment features a cozy bedroom, an open-plan living and kitchen area, and a spacious bathroom with a shower and natural daylight from a large window. One of its highlights are the two generous rooftop terraces—one facing north and one facing south—which provide sunshine throughout the day and keep the living area wonderfully bright, even during the cooler months. The south-facing terrace is equipped with comfortable outdoor seating and a Weber grill, making it the perfect place to relax or enjoy meals outside. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and even a wine cooler. The apartment is ideally located between the vibrant Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain, known for its popular weekly markets, cafés, bars, and restaurants, and Ostkreuz station, one of Berlin’s most important transportation hubs with excellent S-Bahn and Ringbahn connections. A bus stop is conveniently located directly in front of the building. Daily errands couldn’t be easier, with Penny, Lidl, and Denns BioMarkt all located less than two minutes away on foot. Despite its central location, the apartment is part of a modern residential complex surrounded by landscaped green spaces and a park-like courtyard, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the city bustle. During your stay, all kitchen and household essentials will remain available for your use. Our personal belongings and clothing will be stored in the basement, ensuring that you have plenty of space to make yourself at home. The building is exceptionally well maintained and home to many young families, creating a friendly and respectful community atmosphere. We are therefore looking for tenants who will treat the apartment, the building, and our neighbors with care and consideration. Please note that parties are not permitted. The minimum rental period is two months, and move-in and move-out dates can be arranged flexibly within the period from August 22 to October 8.
