Room Private room in a 2-room apartment. The space is furnished, equipped with a bed (including mattress), one big cupboard, study table and chair and a magnetic board. Location Public Transport: The tram stop (Allee der Kosmonauten/Rhinstr.) is right outside the building and has connections to M8, 18, M17, 27, 37. The nearest S-Bahn stop is S Friedrichsfelde Ost (S5, S7, S75) is just 3 mins using tram (or 9 mins walk). The nearest stop on the ring bahn is S Landsberger Allee (S41, S42, S8, S85, M5, M6) is 12 mins using tram. Supermarkets: Edeka, Penny are 3 mins away (at S Friedrichsfelde Ost), Lidl & Aldi 4 mins away (at S Springpfuhl). Dong Xuan center can be reached in about 5 mins using M8/18. The proximity to Landschaftspark Herzberge offers the chance for a quiet and peaceful morning and evening walks/runs and fresh air. Flatshare Type The kitchen and bathroom is shared with your flatmate. There is a common washing area on the ground floor of the building and has about 8 pairs of washing machines and dryers. One cycle (washing + drying) costs about 4€. The common amenities also include a lounge with table tennis and foosball, vending machines for a quick snack/drink, a library/study area, small pitch for football/basketball. Your flatmate is a 23M student at TU Berlin. He is chill guy and usually likes to spend time by himself. On evenings or weekends, we hang out together sometimes, play music or cook together on ocassion. We are looking for someone who also enjoys peace but also is social and open to hanging out on occasion. There are no strict house rules as such, just the one (NO SMOKING PLEASE). We expect you to lend your hand in the common chores like cleaning and maintaining the apartment. The last ask is just that you are respectful towards your flatmate and are someone who wants to stay in a quiet and peaceful way.
