Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere schöne Altbauwohnung in einer Seitenstraße direkt am Ku’damm in Halensee. Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt: Die Ringbahn ist nur ca. 30 Sekunden zu Fuß entfernt, direkt vor der Tür gibt es ein Café und generell ist der Kiez super schön und entspannt. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 110 m² und ein renoviertes Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Außerdem haben wir eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Ein besonderes Plus ist ein zusätzlicher Raum eine Etage über der Wohnung mit ca. 25 m², den wir momentan als Arbeits-/Studierzimmer und Gästezimmer nutzen. Man hat also nochmal extra Platz außerhalb der eigentlichen Wohnung. —————————- We’re looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful Altbau apartment located on a quiet side street just off Ku’damm in Halensee. The location is super convenient: the Ringbahn is literally about a 30-second walk away, there’s a café right outside the building, and the neighborhood itself is really nice and relaxed. The apartment is around 110 m² in total and has a renovated bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a washing machine and dryer. One of the biggest perks is an additional 25 m² room one floor above the apartment, which we currently use as a study/workspace and guest room. So there’s plenty of extra space outside the main apartment as well. Overall, it’s a spacious Altbau apartment in a great Berlin neighborhood with amazing public transport connections.
