**Renting my flat from October 3rd to 28th. Monthly rent is normally €950, but since it’s just a partial month, the price is pro-rated to €800.** The fully furnished flat is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Landsberger Allee and Storkower Str. stations (with access to the Ringbahn), and 2 mins from the nearest tram stop. Several supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk as well. The area is very quiet and secure, and the flat gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day. It’s equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and a large fridge with lots of freezer space. You’ll also find a height-adjustable work desk and fast Wi-Fi, making it ideal for working from home. There’s a cellar compartment available for storage; however, I’ll be keeping a few of my belongings there, so part of the space will be in use.
