Wohnung in Berlin, Kreuzberg

I'm subletting my apartment on Mariannenplatz from around 15 December until the end of March. The end date is negotiable, so if you need a little more or less time, just let me know. The flat is 52 m² with a cozy living room, a separate bedroom, and a separate kitchen. It's fully furnished with everything you need, so you can move straight in with just your suitcase. The highlight is the beautiful view over Mariannenplatz, which is especially lovely on winter mornings with a cup of coffee. The location is one of the nicest in Kreuzberg. Mariannenplatz is a calm, green square right next to the Bethanien arts center, and you're only a few minutes' walk from Oranienstraße, the Landwehrkanal, and plenty of cafés, bars, and markets. Görlitzer Bahnhof and Kottbusser Tor are close by, so the whole city is easy to reach. I'm looking for a friendly, reliable person who will take good care of the place while I'm away. If you're interested, send me a short message about yourself, what brings you to Berlin, and your ideal dates. Rent and further details on request. Looking forward to hearing from you!
