***SHORT-TERM (2-3 Months) APARTMENT*** I am subletting my lovely apartment in Schöneberg for 2 to 3 months, starting from end of November. The dates are flexible, so if you're looking for a short-term stay, this could be perfect for you! 🏡✨ The apartment is 64 sqm with 2 cozy rooms, a balcony, and comes fully furnished. It’s super quiet (Hinterhof vibes 🌿) and only a 1-minute walk from the S Bahn and Ring Bahn stations—super convenient! 🚉 💶 Rent: €1,200/month (warm) 💰 Deposit: Negotiable 📅 Rental period: Flexible dates from December to April Unfortunately, Anmeldung isn't possible, but if you're interested or have any questions, feel free to send a DM! 😊
