Largest room in the apartment is available for rent, offering approximately 25 m2 of space. It comes fully furnished with a 180 cm bed, a height-adjustable desk with two monitors, a wardrobe, and everything else you need for a comfortable stay. Bed linen and towels are provided. The room faces the quiet inner courtyard, so you won't hear any noise from Torstraße. It gets plenty of morning sunlight, while in the evening you can enjoy the sunset from the living room, which offers a nice view of the TV Tower. :) The apartment also features a spacious 40 m2 living room with a large sofa, a TV, an open-plan kitchen, and a large dining table. Btw: A second room in the apartment is also being subletted during the same period. So if you are two persons and want to move in for the September, text me. Great location: the apartment is right at Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz. Both Alte Schönhauser Allee and Neue Schönhauser Allee are just around the corner, and you'll find Rewe, Edeka, dm, and Rossmann all within a three-minute walk. The U2 station is just across the intersection, the U8 at Weinmeisterstraße is about a five-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop right outside the building. The apartment is shared with two of my friends. One of them will also be subletting his room for September. The other flatmate works at a startup and is usually in the office during the day on weekdays. He's friendly, easy-going, enjoys sports, and stays at his girlfriend's place 2-3 nights a week.
