Hello! we’re an English speaking flinta WG looking for our third! our wg is in the heart of Moabit a stones throw from literally every public transport and stores you could need, the apartment is a huge Altbau with super high ceilings and wooden floors, beautiful light and so much space the lease is for (almost) a year, but we’re also open to shorter leases, and possibly couples if the vibe is right! unfortunately no pets :( the room is also unfortunately without Anmeldung, this isn’t our choice and if we could change the situation we would! :( but you will still have a written contract with the primary tenant and rental security! we’re looking for someone who will add to our house energy, we’re both extroverted people who like to spend time with eachother and have the house an open and social space <3 we love to share meals and plan cute nights together, so we’d love someone who’d want to partake <3 I work as a freelance artist and Oriana is a bartender so our schedules can be quite different but we love to try and find time for eachother and contribute to the house <3 unfortunately the building has no elevator so please consider this if you have accessibility needs xx
