Important note: During Oktoberfest, the landlord temporarily rents the apartment to tourists, meaning you'll need to find temporary accommodation during this time, which has always worked out well. Afterwards, everyone can move back in. Apart from that the location is fantastic – right in the heart of Maxvorstadt! It's a 5-minute walk to TUM, and about 15 minutes to LMU (or 5 minutes by bus). We often Hang around on Schellingstraße and enjoy life together. We are an international WG and speak Englisch to each other. We have Lots of fun in the WG, especially in the evenings. We usually Drink beers, stream sports, Go to Bars, invite people and sometimes have an occasional cigarette…
