Hi! I am moving out because I’m moving in with my partner, and we found a flat on very short notice. I have lived in this apartment for the past year and a half; I truly love this place and will miss it a lot! The Bedroom Is a very spacious 18m2 and faces a quiet inner courtyard. It comes fully furnished with a big, comfortable bed (180x200), a big closet, and a small shelf. I am happy to leave the desk, carpet, and lamp behind if you need them. The apartment features a kitchen with an oven and everything you need for daily cooking. We also have a sofa-bed in the common area, which works perfectly if you have guests. The bathroom is spacious, nice, and comes with a bathtub. The location In Samariterstraße, It is very well-connected: U5 (Samariterstraße): 6 minutes away S-Bahn (Frankfurter Allee): 7 minutes away Tram M10: 5 minutes away The neighborhood is lovely and friendly. My favorite part is the cafe downstairs, perfect for working or hanging out, also the nearby school street, which is always full of people playing ping pong and enjoying ice cream. The WG Environment You will be living with my very close friend, Janna (28). She is German and speaks Spanish, French, and English. Janna works in Munich but her base will be Berlin during August and September. Since this is her home base, she will be coming and going—she is a nice, fair, and very reliable landlord. We have always had so much fun in this apartment! What we are looking for: For a female tenant who appreciates a clean, respectful, and friendly home.
