1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and For Friendz GmbH ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the flatsforfriendz platform ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
2. License Grant and Restrictions
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App.
- You agree not to interfere with the functionality or security of the App or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Content Moderation - No Tolerance for Objectionable Content: Users must not post or share content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, incites violence, promotes discrimination, or violates any laws.
- Content Moderation & Reporting: We implement filtering mechanisms and manual review processes to detect and remove objectionable content.
- User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for any content they create, upload, or share through the App. By posting content, users represent and warrant that they have the right to do so.
- Reporting Mechanism: Users may report inappropriate content via an in-app reporting feature.
- Blocking & Enforcement: Users may block other users to prevent further interaction. We will review and take action on reported content within 24 hours.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Users must not engage in harassment, fraud, spamming, or any malicious activity on the platform.
- The use of automated bots, scrapers, or attempts to reverse-engineer the App are strictly prohibited.
- flatsforfriendz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User’s account for violations of this Agreement.
5. Account Registration and Security
- Users must register an account to access full platform functionalities.
- Users must provide accurate and complete registration information and update it as necessary.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share them with third parties.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- flatsforfriendz collects and processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.
- Users consent to the use of cookies and tracking technologies for platform functionality and personalized content.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
- All trademarks, logos, and content on the App are owned by For Friendz GmbH or its licensors.
- Users may not use our branding, trademarks, or copyrighted materials without prior written permission.
8. Termination of License and User Relationship
- Users may terminate their account at any time, and their data will be deleted in accordance with legal requirements.
- flatsforfriendz reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement or legal provisions.
- In case of termination, users must cease all use of the App and remove it from their devices.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- flatsforfriendz provides the App "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- flatsforfriendz assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content posted by users.
- We are not responsible for any third-party services or external links provided through the platform.
10. Updates and Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
- The place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be Berlin.
